How to uninstall the water desktop?
Quit the program first. Click Start button, open Control Panel,
double click Add or Remove Programs. You can select water desktop to remove it.

I have installed the program.
But when I double click on the icon, nothing happened.
At first, are there any video programs such as real player running?
Please run water desktop before them. Second, is your display adapter popular,
such as ATI or NVIDIA? Did you get the latest driver for it?
The program needs support of display adapter and the latest driver.
It can work at windows 2000/xp/2003 with NVIDIA display adapters well.
And it can work well with ATI display adapter in all windows system.
We have tested it with some old display adapters, almost of them are usable.
But if you have a G200 or G250, it will not work until you set your desktop
color quality to 16 bit or change the screen resolution.
Whatever, when you find the program can not work, upgrading display drivers,
changing color quality or changing screen resolution are recommended.

After installing, there are
two flower pictures rotating on the desktop. I like them,
but I need more. How can I set my own pictures?
Create a new folder named mypics, and put your pictures in it. Double click the icon on the tray of task bar. The water desktop window will pop up. Click Browse button to set your own folder as the path of wallpaper. Click OK button. The next picture will be yours. If you add new pictures in the folder, please quit the program and rerun.

I get a new version of water desktop.
Before install it, should I uninstall the old one?
Usually, it's not necessary to uninstall the old one. But if you want to install the new version to different folder, uninstalling is recommended.

How to use Quick Note?
Quick Note is a very useful and convenient function that Water Desktop offers. You can make a quick note , for example, writing down a phone number or working log or wisdoms.
If calendar is shown on the desktop, double click the current date to make Quick Note editor active and write down the information that you need, and then click "ok" button. the information will be shown on the desktop.
if calendar is not shown on the desktop, double click the "Quick Note" marker on the desktop to make Quick note editor active.
Quick Note can contain 500 characters, but that's the max.
if you want to delete the some notes (or information), you just make Quick Note active and choose the notes (or information) with cursor, and then press "delete" key.
